My car was towed from an area with an active tow-away scheme. What now?

You can collect your car upon payment during our opening hours (see the contact details of the relevant Logicx location). Please note that we act on behalf of the municipality; if desired, you can file your objection there.

Can I still change my car’s final destination?

Of course, you can change the destination. We do, however, need confirmation from your insurer or roadside assistance provider. Please let us know as soon as possible due to our daily planning.

When will my car arrive at its destination?

If you’ve had a breakdown/incident in the Netherlands, your car will, in most cases, be delivered to the body shop, dealer, or garage on the next business day. It may occur that a third party transports your car to the final destination due to contract agreements with various insurers. You can always contact us at mberging@logicx.nl to ask when your car will be delivered.

I broke down and my car was towed to one of your locations. What happens next?
